Job Title: HR Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist
Weekly Hours: Full time
Supervised by: Manager, HR
Posting: External and Internal
Position Overview: Responsible for handling various tasks relating to HR for Tribe while representing the “Tribe Way” in every task. Being available for team members and managers while handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:

• Post jobs, review resumes and conduct phone interviews.
• Attend career fairs and create/maintain relationships with college career centers.
• Coordinate interviews for managers and follow up with candidates.
• Manage background/drug screening and pay monthly invoice.
• Coordinate new hire orientation.
• Meet with new hires for first day HR orientation.
• Create new hire files.
• Partner on HR projects.
• Assist with benefit enrollment and open enrollment.
• Assist HR team with day-to-day HR related questions.
• All other duties assigned.

Required Education & Certifications:

• Prefer HR degree or Experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Comfortable with computer skills and excellent typing.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment, independently.

Work environment and Physical Demands: Requires sitting, standing, and walking associated with a normal physician office environment. Person may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, infectious diseases, blood/bodily fluids, and disease-bearing specimens.
