Tri-State Pump & Control Inc. (TSP) is a 30 year old golf industry leader in manufacturing, selling, and supporting golf course, municipality, and sports turf irrigation pumping systems and new and used grounds care equipment.
As part of the company’s continued expansion, TSP is searching for an Experienced Sales Professional to sell its products in our Mid-Atlantic Region; Virginia, Central, & Eastern North Carolina.

Occasional overnight travel will be required. The successful candidate will be a mature, results driven professional with the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision.
Position: Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Reports to - Corporate Sales Manager
Salary Range including a Draw on Commission - $50,000 - $70,000
Target income of $125,000 with Bonus / “No Cap” Commission plan
