Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective clinic management, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining a positive work environment for staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management, financial management, and supervising a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff assignments
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate medical records
- Manage financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting, billing, and insurance claims
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Supervise clinic staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ordering as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical management systems

Skills:
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks, Epic, Eaglesoft or other medical management systems
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and billing
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
