DescriptionThe Practice Manager will assist the Clinical Director with direct day-to-day operations of the Westwood Neurology Clinics. They will oversee the check-in and check-out functions, floor nursing functions, and care coordination functions. Scope of the role includes the Subspeciality Clinical Neurology Programs, Residents Clinics, General Neurology, and EMG clinics. They will oversee all personnel-related duties including but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluation and counseling. Schedule work assignments to ensure appropriate staffing coverage and minimal use of overtime. Provide orientation and ongoing training to the staff. Provide daily administrative and operational oversight and physical space management. Salary Range: $78800.00 - $175000.00 Annually
