We are seeking an experienced Accounting Coordinator to join our incredible team of dedicated professionals. This job description describes the minimum job requirements. Purpose of the Position/Job Summary:

Tri Scapes is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator (with NetSuite experience) to join our team supporting the finance team. This person will play an important and vital role in the accurate handling of accounts payable functions and be responsible for compiling accounting and project records, and more.

Essential Functions: Accounts Payable (includes but not limited to responsibilities listed below)

• Prepare bills and shipping tickets for approval by managers
• Enter bills utilizing items, cost codes and projects
• Pay bills based on job reports and terms
• Pay bills online and print checks and match bills for signature
• Prepare envelopes for payments
• Assist with special projects as necessary

Job Specification (Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically required for competent performance in the job):

• Proficient NetSuite experience
• Data entry with a knack for numbers
• Basic accounting skills
• Proper file management
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Problem solving – can diffuse situations with little oversight/management
• Time management – juggling different caseloads and prioritizing deadlines
• Team player – willing to assist and work with staff across multiple departments

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in NetSuite
• Bachelors is preferred
• Ability to commute to the Alpharetta area
