Growing HVAC / Plumbing & Appliance company seeking motivated and organized full-time Customer Service Representative.
Qualifications :
- Must be excellent at multi-tasking and possess a positive attitude.
- Computer skills and phone experience are required.
Duties :
- Answer inbound phone calls.
- Make outbound phone calls as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received.
- Maintain customer database information.
- Enter Customer information quickly and accurately.
- Track recommendations for the service department and make follow-up calls.

- Job Type : Full-time.
- Salary : $16 TO $20 an hour.
