Tri City Glass & Door is Hiring a Project Manager Near Appleton, WI
- Required to wear and use personal protective equipment per Tri City Glass & Door and contractor policies.
- Assist in the design and layout of residential products such as Shower Doors, Glass Repair, Glass Replacements and provide a complete material list of what is needed to complete the project.
- Ensure timely completion and distribution of written estimates.
- Set up first meeting with customers to work out design, product selection, colors, details, hardware.
- Perform accurate jobsite measurements and product placement relative to the structure.
- Maintain consistent clear communication with external and internal customers.
- Create proposals for approval by the customer to complete the jobs accurately and timely. Proposals are to include product drawings/details through the use of all available software.
- Prepare accurate work orders for shop production and installation.
- Provide sufficient information for special orders and special requirements.
- Accurate submittal of purchase orders.
- Explain and direct installers on projects. Work with them to make sure jobs are done completely, correctly, and on time.
- Coordinate material logistics for shower doors, glass replacements, etc. to include warehousing needs.
- Maintain professional knowledge of existing and new products available.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate Degree is a plus.
- Maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Construction experience required, project management and/or shower door experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude with familiarity with hand tools, tape measures, and levels, etc.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Excellent time management skills a must.
