- Manage all accounting transactions
- Handle monthly and annual closings and complete monthly account reconciliations
- Publish financial statements in a timely manner for review
- Complete monthly sales tax return for review
- Assist in budget preparation on an annual basis
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Audit payroll, as well as serve as a back-up to payroll processing
- Prepare year end audit documentation and assist auditors with request as needed
- Adhoc reporting to department managers or controller as needed
- Look for efficiencies in month end and annual close process as well as monthly reconciliation process
- BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- 1 – 3 years experience, preferred
- Additional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of Great Plains is a plus, but not required
- Confidentiality
