- Inputting customer information, service requests, and other data into the company's database accurately and efficiently.
- Updating and maintaining electronic records of customer accounts, including contact details, service history, and billing information.
- Verifying data accuracy and identifying any discrepancies or errors for resolution.
- Assisting with the organization and maintenance of digital and physical files as needed.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless data management processes.
- Performing regular data quality checks to ensure integrity and accuracy of information.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative role.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed.

Our service technicians are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified to the heat pump installation or heat pump service level. We continue to train in this fast paced industry. Today we employ 30 people and do over 3 million in sales with our specialty being residential replacement and heat pump service.
