Corporately we give drug tests, we do background investigations and we check the driving record of every new employee to maintain our standards. Today we employ 30 people ...and do over 3 million in sales with our specialty being residential replacement and heat pump service. All of our installations are put in to TVA standards and we read the airflows before the job is started and after the job is completed. We offer and promote maintenance agreements of which we have over 2300 in affect. This helps us level the peaks and valleys that occur in this seasonally driven business. Our service technicians are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified to the heat pump installation or heat pump service level. We continue to train in this fast paced industry. Today we employ 30 people and do over 3 million in sales with our specialty being residential replacement and heat pump service.
