Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our legal team. As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of your assigned cases, ensuring efficient and effective management from start to finish. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

01) Bilingual Spanish

02) Ability to lift 30 lbs

03) Minimum one (1) year or personal injury pre-litigation experience

04) In-person attendance Mon-Fri

05) Adherence to company policies and procedures

06) Efficiency and organizational skills

07) Kind and professional demeanor, with above average writing and speaking skills

08) Ability to professionally interact with clients, vendors, and insurance adjusters

09) Punctuality

10) Attention to detail

11) MS Office and Adobe knowledge and efficiency

Responsibilities include:

01) Case management, generally

02) Treatment timelines

03) Drafting demands

04) Negotiations

05) Maintaining client relations

06) Maintaining provider relations

07) Ordering medicals, affidavits, FOIAs, evidence

08) Maintaining case files

09) Pre-Litigation and Litigation assistance generally

10) Assisting pre-lit supervisor with settlement closing process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
