Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and analysis. This is a vital role in our development process, as you will play a key role in identifying and resolving any issues or defects before they reach our customers.

Duties:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to identify and prioritize testing requirements
- Conduct thorough regression testing to validate bug fixes and ensure that new features are working as expected
- Perform manual testing as well as automated testing using industry-standard tools
- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systems such as Jira
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps team to ensure continuous integration and delivery processes are effective
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with testing APIs and web services
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP for test automation purposes
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and documentation standards
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Familiarity with issue tracking systems such as Jira
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like LoadRunner is a plus
- Understanding of databases such as MongoDB is preferred

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
