EEMPLOYMENT & COMMERCIAL LITIGATION, CORPORATE & REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (Minneapolis) – Trepanier MacGillis Battina P.A. seeks a highly-motivated associate attorney licensed in Minnesota with 3-5 years of experience to perform top-quality work in a small-firm atmosphere. This position will primarily involve litigation in the areas of employment, non-compete, trade secrets, minority shareholder, breach of contract, real estate, and general business disputes. The position will also involve some contract drafting, transactional work, and advice and counseling including handling corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, forming new business entities, drafting a variety of commercial contracts, handling commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of real property from inception to closing, and providing day-to-day advice to corporate clients.

Candidates should have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
