Salary: $185,000 - $225,000
Billable Hour Requirement: 1850
Position Overview: We are looking for an Associate Attorney with experience in Employment Law, non-competes, and employment termination to join our team. The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker with a commitment to excellence in their practice.
Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Employment Law matters, including but not limited to non-competes, employment termination, and state and federal laws
• Draft and review employment contracts, employee handbooks, and company policies
• Research and interpret legal regulations and rulings to advise clients
• Represent clients in court in Employment Law disputes
• Prepare and present cases in court
• Develop strategies to protect clients from potential legal issues
• Conduct investigations to de-conflict potential disputes
• Advise clients on changes in Employment Law regulations
• Maintain client files and documents
• Write legal documents and briefs

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the state of residence
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law, non-competes, and employment termination
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal documents and briefs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
