Duties:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills:
- Valid RN license
- Strong knowledge of coding systems and documentation requirements
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and critical care interventions
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Familiarity with senior care practices is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills is a must.
