Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RNAC (Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator) to join our team. Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and gather relevant medical information

- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on current healthcare practices and trends

Skills:
- Valid RN license
- Strong knowledge of coding systems and documentation requirements
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and critical care interventions
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Familiarity with senior care practices is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong computer skills is a must.

Pay: $30.00 - $39.00 per hour
