Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate nursing staff activities and ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide guidance, support, and supervision to nursing staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure proper pain management
- Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Experience:
- Minimum of [1] year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting
- Experience in primary care or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems.
- Ability to provide care for patients.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively supervise nursing staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare team members
