Member Services and Operations CoordinatorFull time / Non-exemptLocation: Manchester, NH 03101Compensation: $22 an hour Job Summary: Tree Care Industry Association is looking for a driven, adaptable, and principled Coordinator to join our Member Engagement Team!The Member Services and Operations Coordinator will support TCIA's strategic plan by providing excellent customer service to all members and prospects. As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Membership Department, which includes active Tree Care companies and corporate members. The Director of Membership will be your supervisor. Additionally, you will be the backup for the Coordinator of Administration & Operations (A&O) in their absence or when they need immediate assistance.What’s In It for You:

What You’ll Do: 
  • Provide administrative support to the Managers of Member Engagement and the Corporate Engagement team.
  • Assist with the monthly collection of membership dues and past dues invoices.
  • Respond to members' inquiries from shared member inboxes.
  • Improve upon and implement member engagement initiatives.
  • Track and analyze member data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee the accuracy and updating of the membership website.
  • Provide front-line support to our prospects/clients concerning general inquiries.
  • Make travel arrangements, maintain calendars, and assist with travel itineraries for the membership teams.
  • Coordinate tracking and monitoring of new accounts, program participation, and critical account information.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of all departmental programs and processes to perform duties more efficiently.
  • Backup for A&O includes payroll support, human resource administration and compliance, office equipment and supplies maintenance, incoming/outgoing mail daily, etc.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.   • 1 to 2 years of experience supporting members in an association setting. 
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience with association membership database a plus. 
  • Proficiency with MS Office Software Applications. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
