As our first Director of Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our rehab department and rehab philosophy at Tread.
Tasked with leading out this department from the ground-up, we’re not just looking for an excellent clinician, but a leader who will be given the reigns to treat, educate and innovate.
This position is not just about treating a group of injured in-house & remote players, but about impacting the direction of the player development industry at large.
You will be involved in treating athletes, creating improved rehabilitation protocols, educating our athletes & followers, and leading out future members of the department.
If you require extensive management, hand-holding & pre-existing structure, this is not the role for you.
We’re looking for a self-driven clinician with leadership skills to help us level up the quality of rehabilitation knowledge in the baseball world at large.

Since 2015, we’ve quietly built a company that has carved out a substantial niche in the baseball world, coaching more than 4,000 athletes, including 150 Draftees/Signees & 100 Big Leaguers.
In case it isn’t obvious by now, we do things differently at Tread.
We’re a company by athletes, for athletes. We’re built by coaches who have firsthand experience of the same struggles and issues that our athletes are going through and can help them navigate towards their dreams using cutting-edge, evidence-based methods.
We believe that building one-on-one relationships is vital to athlete buy-in. We believe in telling the truth – even when it’s tough to hear. We value long-term trust over short-term sales, and we don’t accept clients or sponsors just because they’re willing to write a check. We believe in incentivizing and rewarding our best team members, rather than watching them leave to the first offer they get from a pro team. We’re selective about who we let into our circle, and we demand a high degree of accountability across the board.
We’re a team of talented, obsessive, curious, and quirky individuals who feed off of each other’s personalities to drive forward innovations in content, training, and products for the baseball community.
We’re seeking high-caliber individuals who are ready to be a part of something bigger than themselves and push us to the next level.
