Position: P3 Sports Coach (Soccer & Basketball)

Join Our Mission: The P3 Sports Enrichment Program (Soccer and Basketball) is dedicated to offering players of all levels the opportunity to be coached by experienced sports personnel. We emphasize the idea that high-quality coaching should be accessible to all children, not just those in competitive sports. It’s our belief that early exposure to positive sports experiences is key to developing a lifelong passion for the game, building confidence, and ensuring a lot of fun along the way!

About the position

We’re in search of candidates who value the impact of positive sports participation during the formative years. As a P3 coach, you’ll be fully supported by our management staff, ensuring you have the tools needed to excel and, in turn, provide an unparalleled experience to the children in our program. Our coaches are the cornerstone of our business, which is why we're committed to your success.

Role Highlights:

• Coach young players at our school partners, making sports fun and engaging.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to support young players.
• Serve as a role model for our clients.

We’re Looking For:

• Individuals with a strong desire to teach and mentor kids through sports.
• A passionate commitment to creating enjoyable and educational sports experiences.
• Effective communicators with a positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
• Empathy towards the unique challenges faced when working with young children.
• Ability to commute to different locations (all within Charlotte).
• Previous athletic participation (minimum High School level).
• Prior coaching experience is a plus but not required.
