Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding product inquiries, service questions, and general client concerns
- Upsell products and services when possible
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Utilize company policies to solve customer issues and direct calls to the appropriate department if needed
- Perform outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in data entry
