Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead software development projects from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Implement and utilize project management software for tracking progress
- Negotiate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in software project management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and project management tools
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and best practices
