The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is responsible for providing high quality, excellent customer relations to our customers. This position will make high volume outbound calls and emails to generate sales appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the Internet.

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Set appointments for prospective clients to meet with a member of the sales team.
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Generate appointments by making proactive outbound phone calls and proper follow up with customers.
• Achieves the sales objectives set by management.

• Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
• Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
• Ability to communicate by providing verbal / written feedback in a professional manner.
• Normal range of hearing and vision.

• Experience in the transportation and automotive industries
• Customer-oriented approach
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
