This position is hybrid at our Independence, Ohio location.

ABOUT THE POSITION AND OUR TEAM:
As an Executive Director of Professional Services, you will lead our professional services unit within the Avercast Division of TransImpact, and manage the delivery of our software implementations, VAR collaboration, and appropriate custom consulting extensions to our products with our clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success and satisfaction, driving the growth of our business, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the Professional Services team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the successful delivery of software implementations, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
- Implement strategic plans for the growth and development of the Professional Services department.
- Ensure the team adheres to the highest quality standards in service delivery.
- Act as a point of escalation for critical client issues during implementation delivery.
- Manage the team and pre-sales quoting process to establish the budget, scope, and contracts for implementations, customizations, and add-on work.
- Manage the profitability of our Professional services department.
- Job responsibilities and any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organization’s values
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum 10 years of Leadership and/or Management experience working in Professional Services and/or SaaS Implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a SaaS company, or consulting organization that implements SAAS software, preferably in the supply chain or forecasting sector.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
