What You Will Be Doing:

The Operations Analyst is crucial in providing administrative support along with aid in the daily business operations of our global organization. The ideal candidate will be a team player with problem solving and analytical skills. The Operations Assistant will identify project requirements, help to develop problem solving solutions, manage finance and expense reporting, and assist in the implementation of systems.

* Administrate American Express accounts including distributing statements, reviewing purchases, entering into accounting system, making payments, etc.

* Expand corporate card and purchasing platform to include internationally issued credit lines

* Manage expense report system (Concur)

* Maintaining employee and company profiles/settings via Concur

* Weekly, monthly, and quarterly system reporting

* Audit internal purchase requests ticketing system

* Vendor Management and risk assessment

* Assist Senior Manager liaise with Compliance on Diversity and Sustainability Program

* Minimum bachelor's degree

* Superior written and spoken communication skills in English

* Good analytical skills

* Strong problem-solving abilities

* Great attention to detail

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
