Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include:
· Responding to customer inquiries via email and customer portal
· Data entry
· Processing order changes
· Answering phones
· Issuing return authorizations
· Support sales force
· E commerce background a plus
· Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word helpful
· Experience using SAP B1 software a plus
· Experience in retail or consumer products industries a plus.
