Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Collector to join our team. As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting and processing various types of specimens in a clinical laboratory setting. This is a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely results for our patients.

Duties:
- Collect specimens from patients using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of collected specimens
- Follow established protocols and procedures for specimen collection
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the collection area
- Adhere to all relevant safety guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient specimen processing
- Perform quality control checks on collected specimens
- Maintain accurate records of collected specimens and related data

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in specimen collection, preferably in a clinical or research laboratory setting
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
- Understanding of FDA regulations related to specimen collection and handling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in histology or microbiology laboratory settings
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques
