We are looking for a dynamic Accounting Analyst to assist with our company's financial processes. Your duties will include processing invoices, creating bordereaux, processing expense checks, and preparing monthly performance indicators for clients. You will also be required to update accounting databases and complete special projects as needed.

To ensure success as an Accounting Analyst, you should possess financial acumen and attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-notch Accounting Analyst should be able to process a high volume of finance-related data swiftly and accurately.

Accounting Analyst Responsibilities:

• Create monthly claims bordereaux on a timely basis and in accordance with the Program Administrator agreements
• Reconcile receivables daily
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly
• Approve and process outside counsel invoices
• Assist with payroll processing as needed
• Reconcile Accounts Payable and issue checks weekly
• Provide excellent service to all clients
• Other duties as required

Accounting Analyst Qualifications:

• The successful candidate should have a BS/BA degree in accounting, finance, or business related field.
• 2 - 5 years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel Skills (i.e., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
• Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and improving Microsoft Excel worksheets to efficiently handle large amounts of data.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and technical skills.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
