- Answer customer calls and input all customer rides using a computerized scheduling system.
- Enter new customer information and changes into the system
- Data entry into spreadsheets and databases.
- Communicate late vehicle service and verify “No Shows” with customers
- Resolve service-related complaints
- Create daily route maps, or manifests, of the reservations for the drivers.
- Monitor efficiencies of manifests to ensure that routes are logical and efficient
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of reservationist or customer service experience
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and listening skills
