International Pension Fund seeking a Trade Support candidate to join their team!

This position is a contract role

*Ideal candidate has experience in trade support/back office/ broker confirmation(CTM) and fixed income

This position is an integral part of operations to ensure that all daily trade settlement functions are handled in a timely and controlled manner. Additionally, this position requires knowledge to handle the more complex products from a documentation and settlement prospective.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fail Control
• Custody Reconciliations
• Collaborate with Vendors as needed
• Act as a liaison between Front Office, Counterparties and Custodian Banks
• Execute settlement processes with respect to the US investment activities of the Company.
• Oversee and participating in the daily trade processing of Corporate Actions, Repos, REITs, Derivatives and fixed income securities including allocation of MBS pass-through securities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years experience in the Financial Industry in trade support with diversified product knowledge including:
• Experience in CTM, DTC S/N and Trade Suite
• Corporate Actions
• Corporate bond, government bonds, ABS, CMO’s and equities
• Mortgage-backed securities including TBA process
• Strong communication skills
• Derivative products such as REPO, SWAPS, Futures, and Options
