CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST

Location: Brentwood, TN

Status: Full-time

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 (plus discretionary bonus)

▪ Think. We want your mind in the mix, to perceive, observe, reflect, decide, and act.

▪ Intake, screen, organize and process all that you are able, focus the advisor’s attention on the items that require her personal attention, and ensure that all activities are captured, scheduled, and completed.

▪ Stay apprised of client meetings and ongoing activities, keeping up to date on the advisor’s priorities and projects, goals, and timelines and what she wants/needs to do with each on an ongoing basis so that you can process, schedule, and oversee projects.

Qualifications for this role include:

--College degree is preferred, but not required

--Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry is required

--Minimum of two years of experience in a client-facing role is required

--Excellent written and verbal communication

--Relationship management skills

--Strong computer desktop skills are required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

--Technology-forward

--Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

--High attention to detail

--Ability to step in and be a team player

--Demonstrated job stability and career progression

Team members will have multiple career tracks to choose from. For example, Client Service Specialists who want to grow into a Service Advisor role will be supported and have opportunities to contribute to client success. Client Service Specialists who are operationally expert may want to grow into a manager role, one that helps to ensure that the client experience is second to none.
