Who we're looking for

Toyota's Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Talent Management Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support HR processes to increase efficiency in the HR organization.

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management, the person in this role will support the HR development objective of supporting processes in Workforce Planning and Organizational Development.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This position is based at our manufacturing facility in Princeton, Indiana. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. Relocation assistance isn't available for this position.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop a recruiting strategy and process support including production, skilled, engineers, and analyst strategy for diversity and K-8 students.
  • Recruiting for Advanced Manufacturing Technicians and production to maintenance processes.
  • Tracking for attrition, attendance, records retention, and HR budget and communication to stakeholders.
  • Program lead/project support including but not limited to Disabilities Hiring, PAVE carpool app, Workday recruiting.
  • Grant support including capturing training from the floor and submitting to the state - for example, training grants and the current EDGE grant.
  • Support retention efforts by reviewing data, analyzing, and sharing data with leadership.

What you bring

  • Associate's degree (or higher) or equivalent professional work experience in human resources.
  • Solid experience in human resources.
  • Ability to build relationships with a broad audience both internal and external to TMMI.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team and with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
