Job Summary

To ensure all team members within the defined area of responsibility are meeting all daily production goals and targets. Ensure that all team members are working within their assigned work cells during their required work hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the team members assigned to your area of responsibility

• Ensure defects are within company standards as well as all other key performance indicators

• Ensure all team members are following Working/inspection Instructions

• Ensure Team Members are following the Company rules and policies

• Identify any potential risk that can interrupt the customer production line flow

• Be able to identify and implement Kaizens

• Maintain Production Visual Management Boards updated, track and follow up issues

• Other projects and assignments as requested by the management team

• Maintain productivity checking tally sheets constantly

• Foresee potential disruptions in the production chain

Qualifications

• Minimum Five years of Supervisory Experience

• Understanding of the manufacturing processes

• Good communication skills (English).

• Computer skills (Excel, Power point, Outlook)

• Knowledge of TPS (Toyota Production System)

• Leadership Skills

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 30 Pounds

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

• Must be able to work day or night shift.

• Must be able to work over time as required

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work in the manufacturing floor 100% of the time

• Able to use Protective Equipment according with the safety requirements for each area

• Able to work in heavy traffic areas

• Able to work in hot and humid conditions

• Able to work in noisy areas were hearing protective production standards equipment is required

• Able to work with chemicals.

• Able to work with machinery.
