• Develop and maintain cost accounting system that ensures accurate costing
• Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on costs
• Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services
• Report on variances related to labor, material consumption and manufacturing overhead
• Assists in physical inventory valuation and auditing
• Support BOM costing
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies related to cost accounting and financial reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 3-5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles, international accounting standards and Landed Cost Accounting is required
• Significant hands-on experience using an ERP system
• Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Must be a team player who also works well independently
