Job Description
Our recruiting firm is partnering with a large manufacturer and distributor in Sunrise to find them an AP Specialist. This is a well-established company with year over year growth, looking to add to their team.
This is a contract to hire opportunity best suited for someone available to start working as soon as possible.
Job Summary
- Process and post payments accurately
- Monitor due date schedule closely to avoid late fees
- Research and resolve vendor inquiries
- Code, track, and batch invoices for processing
Qualifications
- Prior AP or Accounting Clerk experience is required
- Experience with an ERP system
- 100% onsite position to start
