Currently seeking Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining a mid-size hotel. All tools and training required to perform the job are provided by the property. No experience is required for the position but is preferred. The candidate will need to be hard working and a self-starter. You must be able to complete work in a timely manner and have the ability to work under pressure.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Daily property walks

Preventative Maintenance on Guest rooms

Painting

Sheetrock Repair

Equipment Preventative Maintenance

Pool Maintenance

Minor plumbing

Minor electrical

Responding to Guest complaints

Responding to Work orders

Wage is hourly and can vary depending on experience.

Must have proficient computer skills and knowledge of how to operate mobile devices such as an tablet and computer programs such as word, excel, etc.
