Description

Towne Properties, a leader in the property management industry, is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Coldwater Flats, a recently renovated apartment community in Evansville, Indiana.

This challenging opportunity includes:

  • Directing the operational activities of a residential apartment community in order to maximize the financial return for the owners and for the benefit of the community
  • Directing the day-to-day activities of maintenance, leasing, landscaping, marketing, safety and security
  • Obtaining bids as needed and overseeing the purchase of supplies and equipment
  • Typical schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm with occasional evening or weekend work

Requirements

You offer the following minimum requirements:

  • 3 years' experience as a multifamily manager
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, social media for business use, and ability to learn and use Yardi software
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
  • Drug and background check

Other helpful skills and competencies:

  • CAM® or CAPS® designation
  • Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
