This challenging opportunity includes:
- Maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and swimming pool equipment, as well as appliances, series and master locks, interior and exterior carpentry, glazing screens and roofing, blacktop and concrete repairs and signage.
- Works on turnovers, grounds
You offer the following minimum requirements:
- Two years' related maintenance experience
- Basic computer or smartphone skills
- General maintenance knowledge: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Drug and background check
