Description
Towne Properties, a leader in the property management industry, is assuming management of a 400 unit apartment community in Dublin, Ohio. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our service team in work orders, turnovers, and grounds.

This challenging opportunity includes:
- Maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and swimming pool equipment, as well as appliances, series and master locks, interior and exterior carpentry, glazing screens and roofing, blacktop and concrete repairs and signage
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies
- Guidance of service team and attendance to work order callbacks
- Works on turnovers, grounds
Requirements
You offer the following minimum requirements:
- Three years' residential maintenance experience
- EPA Certification and HVAC experience required
- Basic computer or smartphone skills
- General maintenance knowledge: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
- Own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Drug and background check
