Consider joining our team as a Leasing Professional for our DeSales Plaza Portfolio in Cincinnati, Ohio .
Who you are:
- You have experience in customer service and sales - leasing experience highly desired.
- You are highly organized and understand that excellent customer service is paramount when working with our residents, prospects, and vendors.
- You use outstanding interpersonal skills with your team and your residents through excellent verbal communication, MS Office products, Yardi software, and social media business use.
- You have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance, and you are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What you’ll do as a Leasing Professional:
- Show and lease the available apartments of residential multifamily communities (portfolio includes Four23 Hoge, DeSales, and 31Sixty Linwood)
- Input and close out work orders
- Post on social media, provide customer service, create a bimonthly newsletter
- Office hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm
