Description

You offer the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum of three years of related experience or training
• Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software
• Proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure guides
• Capable of scheduling production employees and providing direction to subcontractors
• Adaptable to varied work needs, from single large projects to multiple smaller projects across different sites
• Problem-solving skills for standardized situations
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and open to change

Other helpful skills and competencies: 

• IICRC Certifications and Training (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Willingness to undergo a drug and background check

• Efficiently manage construction sites, overseeing all activities within the designated area.
• Coordinate and supervise logistics, including material delivery, equipment deployment, personnel allocation, safety protocols, and adherence to construction schedules.
• Handle property restoration and repair tasks, including water extraction, removal of damaged materials, relocation of affected contents, setup and monitoring of drying equipment, and application of antimicrobial products. 
• Perform on-site work and conduct thorough quality control and safety checks to ensure project integrity and compliance with standards. 
• Set and maintain high-performance standards for subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a culture of excellence. 
• Update production files and maintain detailed job notes for comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
