Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Deli Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baked goods and experience in managing a team in a food service setting.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day bakery operations, including production, inventory, and quality control
- Lead and motivate bakery staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bakery sales and profitability
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients
- Oversee menu planning, pricing, and product development
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations in the bakery
- Train new employees on bakery procedures and standards

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of catering, banquet, and food service operations
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in POS systems for order processing
- Solid understanding of kitchen management practices
