Town and Country Animal Clinic is a small animal and equine veterinary clinic seeking a self-motivated and outstanding veterinary receptionist.

The right candidate should be friendly, out-going, focused and passionate about providing extraordinary customer service, detailed oriented, and team oriented in a professional environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Answer/manage a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments and taking prescription requests.
• Greet clients and their pets in a timely manner.
• Check clients in and out, processing invoices and over the counter sales.
• Maintain and file charts and records.
• Confirm appointments, and complete follow up calls for upcoming vaccines.
• Have a working knowledge related to current veterinary topics with good client education skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean lobby

Veterinary experience is required. Previous experience with Avimark is a plus!
