Housekeeper needed for High Rise Condominium Building, Pay is based on experience.

The high-rise condominium building is seeking a qualified individual to fill Housekeeping positions. This building has 126 units. Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, the Housekeeper is responsible for the appearance, cleanliness, maintenance and working conditions of buildings common areas. The duties include standard housekeeping chores including cleaning the hallways, stairs and stairwells, screens, lighting, and other common area rooms such as the trash rooms, laundry and office. The job also includes cleaning and maintaining outdoor facilities including the pool, outdoor showers, BBQ’s, furniture, and any other basic cleaning duties that may be assigned by the General Manager. Some tasks may overlap that of the Groundskeeper and the Housekeeper may act as the backup for this position. The Housekeeper must represent the condominium in a friendly and professional manner to owners, renters, visitors, and contractors.

I. Responsibilities

1. Receive work schedule and duties from the General Manager and perform work as assigned.

2. Maintain and enhance the common areas of the property.

3. Clean and maintain other elements of the building and grounds as assigned.

4. Work safely to avoid injury. Report any unsafe conditions to the General Manager immediately.

5. Perform other related duties as required.

II. Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to reliably work the assigned schedule including reporting to work on time.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional, courteous, and effective working relationships with the manager, owners, guests, service providers, contractors, association employees and visitors.

III. Scope and Compensation Package

• 40 hours per week.
• Based on level of experience.

Pay: $17.27 - $20.80 per hour
