Responsibilities:

As a Housekeeper at our care facility, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and servicing the nursing facility building to maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitary environment.
• Performing a variety of housekeeping and linen duties.
• Completing specialized cleaning tasks using special cleaning equipment and tools.
• Maintaining linen and cleaning equipment and supplies in assigned areas.
• Using cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely.
• Arranging and/or transporting equipment, linen, furniture, and supplies.
• Managing and disposing of trash in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and tools effectively and safely.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
