Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village is looking for a professional, high-energy Bistro Attendant/Barista with excellent communication skills to serve coffee and food to residents. The Bistro Attendant/Barista will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. Shift: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PMSome Weekend Availability To succeed as a Bistro Attendant/Barista, you should have a neat appearance and engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable. Bistro Attendant Responsibilities:Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders. Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.Ensure prompt requests for drink orders.Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bistro and tables are well-stocked. Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.Observe guests to fulfill any additional requests and to perceive when meal portions have been completed. Attend department meetings. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Process all orders using Micros and collect payment from customers, and provide assistance in Food and Beverage areas including busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering food to residents.
