About this Position:

TJFACT is seeking to hire an Personal and Work Life Core Compliance Expert (CCE) to join our Team in Montgomery, AL! This position is contingent upon awarding the contract. Candidate will provide support functions for the operations and programs of the Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at the 55 South Mitchell Street. Maxwell Air Force Base, AL, United States. 36112

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide education and enrichment services focusing on building and maintaining healthy family relationships, strengthening interpersonal competencies, problem-solving skills, and help-seeking skills throughout the family life cycle.
  • Conduct initial assessments and crisis assessments, developing action plans for education, skill building, or referral to other installation agencies or community resources.
  • Conduct local needs assessments and offer educational enrichment and prevention services addressing the specific needs and preferences of customers.
  • Assist customers in determining the suitability of P&WL services or the need for referral to other resources.
  • Develop, build, and coordinate classes based on local community needs for utilization within the M&FRC and the installation.
  • Conduct quarterly or semi-annual HeartLink orientations based on customer demand, organizing briefers, publicizing events, and maintaining a supply of coins for presentation (funding provided).
  • Manage the installation’s Key Spouse Program, including conducting Initial Key Spouse Training, Continuing Education, and Refresher Training for Key Spouses and Key Spouse Mentors using the DAF standardized key Spouse training curriculum (IAW DAFI36-3009).
  • Maintain a file copy of the DD Form 2793, certificate, and appointment orders for each Key Spouse.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in providing education and enrichment services focusing on healthy family relationships, interpersonal competencies, problem-solving skills, and help-seeking skills throughout the family life cycle.
  • Ability to conduct initial assessments and crisis assessments with action planning for education, skill building, or referral to other installation agencies or community resources.
  • Skills in conducting local needs assessments and offering educational enrichment and prevention services tailored to customer needs and preferences.
  • Capability to assist customers in determining the suitability of P&WL services or suggesting referral to other resources.
  • Proficiency in developing, building, and coordinating classes based on local community needs.
  • Ability to conduct quarterly or semi-annual HeartLink orientations, including event set-up, briefers coordination, and event publicity.
  • Competence in managing the installation's Key Spouse Program, including providing Initial Key Spouse Training, Continuing Education, and Refresher Training using DAF standardized Key Spouse training curriculum IAW DAFI36-3009.
  • Maintenance of file copies of the DD Form 2793 for each Key Spouse, certificates, and appointment orders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health-related field.
