**Overview:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and interact with a diverse group of individuals.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a Dental Receptionist role
- Knowledge of filing systems and maintaining records
- Familiarity with computerized phone systems
- Experience working in a Dental office setting
