Total Learning Centers is Hiring a Childcare Provider Near Baton Rouge, LA

Overview:

If you love infants and children, come play with us! We are looking for dedicated, compassionate and loving providers to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants and/or children
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
- Plan and implement educational and recreational activities
- Assist with meal feeding
- Change diapers
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and provide updates on their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space

Requirements:

-Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

-Must be punctual, dependable, flexible, with reliable transportation
- Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right persons
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Understanding of childhood development milestones is a plus
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High school diploma or equivalent required
