KinderCare Learning Centers is Hiring a Childcare Provider Near Baton Rouge, LA

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a childcare setting
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a positive and respectful atmosphere
- Administer basic first aid when needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom, daycare, or babysitting setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to educate and engage children through creative activities
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to manage behavior and promote positive social interactions among children
- Familiarity with basic first aid procedures is preferred
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
