Job Title: Residential Sales Estimator Position for a company producing 1.4-1.6M$ in revenue

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Sales Estimator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately estimate costs related to residential sales projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Key

Responsibilities: - Make discovery calls to leads and pre-qualify and set appointments. - Collaborate with sales team to understand project requirements and specifications - Analyze blueprints, drawings, and other project documentation to determine materials and labor requirements - Research and obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors for materials and services - Calculate and prepare accurate cost estimates for residential sales projects - Present estimates to clients in a clear and professional manner - Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing - Maintain detailed records of estimates, quotes, and project specifications -Maintain CRM - Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate scope and timely completion of projects - Stay current on industry trends, pricing, and technology to continuously improve estimating processes

_ Qualifications:_ - Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred or a long career in construction trades, project management, and other related activities - Proven experience as a sales estimator in the residential construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices - Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings - Excellent mathematical and analytical skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software If you are a motivated individual with a passion for accuracy and detail in estimating residential sales projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
